We have LIMITED slots to have your characters appearing in our OPENING ANIMATION for 2023!! Each slot is £50 - this money goes DIRECTLY to the convention and is used for fun things like decor, advertising and fun events on the day! Some upgrades are available for an additional price which will go to our artist for their hard work.
Types of characters accepted:
Fillies and Colts - standard body shape
Mares (unicorn, pegasus, earth pony, alicorn) - standard body shape
Stallions (unicorn, pegasus, earth pony, alicorn)- standard body shape

Gryphons
Hippogriffs
Kirin
IF IN DOUBT PLEASE ASK! We are aware there are other species in the fandom and will do our best to accommodate!
Additionally there will be a selection of pre-designed Gala outfits to choose from for your OC. These can be colour changed to suit your character. If you would like a custom Gala outfit this will need to be discussed with our artist and will require a minimum £20 donation for their work.
Please be aware: For more complicated characters we would appreciate an additional donation for the artist (minimum £10)! Each character takes up to TEN HOURS to create and the more complex a character is.. the more difficult it will be for our artist!

Where will my character be?
Can I choose what they're doing or where they are?
All appearance locations will be randomly selected - if you pay for a slot you WILL be included, just keep an eye out for your oc! Due to the size of the project we may be unable to fill individual requests.
Will the artist be able to do extra animation work privately for me?
Not currently - they have a lot to animate already!
What animation software are they using?
A combination of Adobe Animate, After Effects and Photoshop
Can I get a copy of the puppet they make?
After the 2023 event puppets will be released to individuals
Will I get WIPs and updates?
The artist will be keeping a Trello account list - all updates will be listed on there. You will be sent a basic sketch WIP of your OC with roughed in colours to make sure we have their details correct. You will be given an opportunity to advise of any missing details or errors, no additional changes can be made after this sketch phase so please review your sketch carefully!
Can I help as an artist?
The artist may require additional help with backgrounds or element design work. If this is the case we shall post a notice!
On 1st July 2022 a form will be linked on this page, our social media and Discord server. The form will include all application details and show the predesigned outfits available for selection. For this form you will need to provide some details so we can contact you! You will also be required to send a link to your OC reference and provide some info about your character. Ideally, if you have a separate image of your cutie mark that will be appreciated by the artist - if not they will be able to redraw your mark for you!
