Introduction
This code of conduct covers all aspects of the “Festival of Friendship” event. In registering to attend an event, you are bound to these terms as per the contract of sale between yourself and “The Festival of Friendship LTD”. “Festival of Friendship” is a trading name of “The Festival of Friendship LTD”. From hence forward, “The Festival of Friendship LTD” will be referred to as “Festival of Friendship” to reflect the event taking place.
REGISTRATION
- All attendees must wear their convention pass at all times. All attendees over the age of 18 must have some sort of identification on their person – ID is recommended for those over 18 who wish to purchase alcohol at the bar, your con pass is not a legal ID!
- Festival of Friendship reserves the right to refuse entry to the event to any person. If you feel that you have been unfairly refused access, you will need to raise a complaint with the chairperson using the contact details listed below or by using the complaint option on our ‘contact us’ page.
- Only registered attendees may enter the venue and convention passes must be worn at all times as to identify you as an attendee. Any tampering with the convention pass (stickers/labels/pen etc) is strictly forbidden. The outside wallet of the pass may have stickers applied so long as the pass is still clearly viewable underneath.
- There will be no tickets available on the day. Registration is through the website only during the registration window, the closure of which will be announced via our social media channels and on our website.
GENERAL BEHAVIOUR
- Please treat other event attendees, Festival of Friendship Staff, Venue staff and members of the public respectfully.
- If you are told to stop or to leave someone alone, you will do so immediately. There is no discussion.

- Cosplay is NOT consent. Please do not take photos of cosplayers or fursuiters whilst they are resting, fixing costumes etc.
- Harassment of attendees, Festival of Friendship staff or venue staff will not be tolerated. - Festival of Friendship cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal items you may bring with you, nor can Festival of Friendship be held responsible for any one person’s conduct at a Festival of Friendship event.
