Activities and Panels

Do you hold a special interest in the fandom? Are you passionate about something in particular? Or do you just have a fun game you want to run?

Fantastic! We would love for you to share that with us!

Panels are a great way to spread knowledge and to share your passion in a subject - do you have something pony related you would like to share with the world? And can you make it last 30 minutes to an hour? If so then we want to hear from you!

RULES

All panels and events must be suitable to attendees of all ages, and any events that do not reflect this will be automatically rejected.

All panelists and game hosts accept responsibility for any items they bring as props or any equipment they provide.

Panelists and game hosts must let us know in advance of any equipment they need for their panel - we may be unable to provide equipment on the day if we are not advised in advance. We will do our best to accomodate you where possible.

Panelists and game hosts must agree to leave panel rooms at a reasonable level on cleanliness after their panel - for example, should a panelist/host throw confetti we would expect it to be cleaned up afterwards and not left for the next person. Should this not be abided to you may be refused a panel at later date.

My Little Karaoke

Pass The Parcel Game

There will be a dedicated Karaoke room available throughout the day. Get in there and sing your favourite pony songs! This fun karaoke setup includes both canon and fandom MLP music so there should be something for everyone! After feedback from last year our karaoke room is now BIGGER AND BETTER!!

Pass The Parcel Game

It was enjoyed last year so why not do it again! A fun little game to kick off any party (even a Gala!) that everyone can enjoy. Two parcels, pony prizes and fun times!

There will be a games room for all the CCG, Role-play and board gamers! Feel free to bring any games you wish to play, grab a few friends (or make some new ones!) and have some fun!

Note: We will not be providing games, you are responsible for any games you bring along.
