Food items may not be sold due to an agreement with our catering supplier. Sweets are allowed to be given out at vendor tables - please ensure all sweets are individually wrapped. 

Vendors must be aged 18+ on the date of the convention. Due to legal aspects we are unable to offer vending tables to people under the age of 18.

All vendors accept responsibility for their own stock and equipment - we highly recommend obtaining Public Liability Insurance from Axisweb as extra protection

Items of an illegal nature are not permitted to be sold at any time. Any items which are to be found not conforming to this will have the items and the seller removed from the event and the police will be informed.

Alcohol or tobacco products are not allowed to be sold due to licensing restrictions.

We are allowing the sale of mature themed artwork at this event - vendors wishing to sell mature rated artwork must contain these pieces in a separate, clearly labelled 18+ folder with a content warning. Please keep these folders CLOSED when not being viewed by customers. In the case of mature physical items (e.g.: figurines, body pillows) please have a folder with photographs available and do not have these on full display.

All GENERAL AUDIENCE pieces may be on full display.

While we are a MLP based convention, work from other fandoms is also welcome and appreciated - we just ask that the majority of your stock reflects the MLP fandom.
