Located in the town of Tadley, our venue for 2022 will be The Link.

Accessibility:

The venue is located on one floor with no stairs or steps. There is a disabled access toilet available and reserved disabled parking. Further accessibility information is available here

NEW FOR 2023

We have secured their secondary hall THE POINT

Located directly behind the main venue, The Point is a large hall designed with activities in mind! This building will be our dedicated Activities building for 2023 with a large hall ideal for Arts, Crafts, Games and Consoles. Additionally there is a spacious Music Room located upstairs which will serve as our 2023 Karaoke Suite! (Access to this room is available via stairs and a Disabled Lift)

We have two parking areas available at the venue: the first parking area is directly in front of the venue. The second parking area is located just across the road and is free parking for all attendees. 

TRAIN

The closest train station is Basingstoke approx 8 miles away. There are regular buses from the train station to Tadley.

BUSES

The venue is an approx 25 minute bus ride from the nearby town of Basingstoke. 

You will need to catch the Number 2 Bus towards Baughurst to get to Tadley.

There are multiple bus stops near to the venue, the two closest stops are:

Wigmore Road

Bishopswood Road Shops

For returning, the last bus back to Basingstoke is at approx 10.30pm

We recommend using Alpha Cars if you wish to book a taxi. 

Please ensure you book any taxis in advance - we recommend calling to enquire about approximate fares

We are currently negotiating for a shuttle bus from Basingstoke town center to the Venue  with a return journey at the end of the event.
